If you’re sharing a room with another member, you can both apply your individual D$ to your respective portions of the bill. When booking through the GHA DISCOVERY app or website, you can apply D$ toward your reservation total upfront. To ensure you get the most value, our system automatically redeems your D$ with the earliest expiry dates first. Remember, to earn or redeem D$, your stay must be on an eligible rate booked through official GHA or brand channels.
Important Booking Tips
To enjoy the full benefits of your rewards, please ensure you book directly through GHA DISCOVERY channels, as stays booked via Ineligible Rates on third-party websites are not eligible for D$ redemption. If you’ve applied D$ to an online booking and need to make a change, simply cancel and re-book, as these reservations cannot be modified directly. While we strive for flexibility, please note that D$ used for non-refundable bookings or "no-shows" cannot be returned. For cancellable rates, your D$ will be refunded to your account - just be sure to process the cancellation through our official app or website to ensure your rewards are protected.
